Return Policy for Books for the Future

14-Day Return Policy
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

  • Send returns to the provided return address after requesting a return.
  • Returns sent without prior request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@edubooks.uk if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods, custom products, and personalised items cannot be returned.
  • Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
  • Contact us for specific item inquiries.

Exchanges

  • Return the item you have. Once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

  • We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
